The cutter features a detachable design, making it easier to store and clean. Our table clamp is compatible with countertops ranging from 0.6 inches to 2 inches in thickness. The roller comes equipped with a knob that allows for 9 different levels of thickness adjustment; simply pull out the knob and rotate it to achieve your desired dough thickness.

To create your dough, mix eggs and flour in the correct proportions, and then use the rollers repeatedly until the dough reaches your preferred thickness. We recommend gradually decreasing the thickness to achieve the best results. Once you’ve prepared the dough, switch the drive handle to the cutter and select your desired noodle width to begin shaping your pasta. After use, remember to remove any leftover dough and wipe the device with a dry towel; avoid washing it with water.
